1. Controller
The controller for data processing on teikei.org is Felix Schröder, Agentur für solidarische Landwirtschaft in Europa, Talstraße 22, 79215 Elzach, Germany, email: kontakt@teikei.org.
2. What this website collects
teikei.org is a simple information page. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics tools and loads no fonts from third-party servers. The only exception is the newsletter sign-up form on the “#WeGrowTogether” page: it comes directly from the newsletter service Brevo (see section 5). We only collect personal data in the cases listed below.
3. Hosting and server log files
The website is hosted by Reiner IT-Systems GmbH, Emmendinger Str. 3a, 79312 Emmendingen, Germany. When you visit, the server automatically stores technical data: IP address, date and time, page requested, browser and operating system, and the page visited before. This is necessary to deliver the site securely and without errors (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Log files are deleted after 7 days. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.
4. Encryption
The site is only delivered encrypted (https), so data you send us cannot be read by third parties.
5. Newsletter #WeGrowTogether
The sign-up form on the “#WeGrowTogether” page is connected directly to the newsletter service Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, 106 boulevard Haussmann, 75008 Paris, France). When you open the page, your browser loads the form from Brevo’s servers, so Brevo learns your IP address. When you sign up, your first name, last name, email address and, if given, organisation and website go directly to Brevo and are stored there on our behalf. We use this data only to send the #WeGrowTogether newsletter. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR). After signing up you receive an email to confirm (double opt-in). Brevo shows us whether a newsletter was opened and which links were clicked; we use this only to improve the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every newsletter; we then delete your data. A data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place with Brevo; the data is stored in the EU. More: Brevo privacy policy.
6. Contact by email
If you write to us, we process your details to answer your request (Art. 6 (1) (b) or (f) GDPR) and delete them once the request is settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.
7. Links to other sites
teikei.org links to the TEIKEI Wiki and the TEIKEI Agora (teikei.shop). Only when you click a link do the privacy notices of that site apply.
8. Your rights
You have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21 GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Write to us at the address above.
You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, for example the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of Baden-Württemberg.
